- A brand-new car exclusively assigned to your business.
- Live monitoring via dashcam and GPS tracking.
- Uniformed, trained driver representing your brand professionally.
- Optional branded vehicle wraps (available on request).
- Daily, weekly, or monthly scheduling flexibility.
5. Are there hidden fees or setup costs?
No hidden fees.
All costs are clearly shown during onboarding and in your Merchant Dashboard.
You only pay for the selected plan or per-delivery rate — fuel, insurance, and monitoring are already included.
6. How does live monitoring work?
Every car in our fleet is equipped with a real-time dashcam and GPS system.
You can view delivery progress and status updates directly in your Merchant App, ensuring full visibility and peace of mind.
7. Can I track my driver or delivery in real time?
Yes. Once a delivery starts, you can track your driver live and view their route through your Merchant App.
You’ll also receive notifications when the delivery is completed.
8. Do you operate across all of Kuwait?
Yes. We cover all major areas in Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawally, Farwaniya, Salmiya, Fahaheel, and surrounding areas.
For specific regional coverage or custom delivery zones, our team can help tailor a solution for your business.
9. Can I book deliveries on weekends or after hours?
