1. How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us through one of the following methods:
From the app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
or
via email: Send a request to https://www.enter-logistics.com/contactus using the same email address registered with your account.
2. Types of Data We Collect
When you create and use an account on EG Merchant App, we may collect the following information:
(Payments are processed externally and not through integrations within the app.)

Basic information
- Full name (first name + last name)
- Business legal name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Office number
- Profile image
Warehouse information
- Warehouse name
- Warehouse address
- Warehouse email address
- Warehouse location
- Any extra details following up location details
Business information
- Full name (first name + last name)
- Business legal name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Office number
- Profile image
b. Transactional Information
- Service usage history
- Transaction details related to services within the system (subscriptions, delivery requests)
(Note: Transactional records may be retained for legal, tax, or audit purposes even after account deletion.)
3. Data Deletion After Account Removal
When your account is deleted:
- Personal details (name, email, phone, address) are permanently removed from our active systems.
- Uploaded documents (proof of registration, warehouse data) are permanently deleted.
- Transactional data is anonymized and retained only for legal compliance and record-keeping (e.g., payment logs, invoices).
